Size Exchange Guarantee

We know how difficult it is to choose the perfect size when ordering online. With our size exchange guarantee, we take this burden off your shoulders. You can find the exact details about our size exchange program below, on this page.

We use the standard International Size table for our clothes.

Our products are average sized according to the standard International Size table. Therefore, you do not need to choose a product two sizes larger or smaller. If you usually wear a given size, you can order it safely from our webshop. Of course, it may happen that a size is just a little tighter than expected and a product one size larger would be perfect, or vice versa. We invented our size exchange guarantee exactly for these situations. 🙂

What is considered an acceptable mistake regarding size choice?

You can request our size exchange guarantee if you have chosen 'wrong' by +- 2 sizes. A difference greater than two sizes can no longer be considered a small error or mistake. So if you have ordered a size L t-shirt, but you need a larger one, we can exchange it for an XL or 2XL, or if you need a smaller one, we can exchange it for an M or S size.

Additionally, the size exchange guarantee is valid and can be requested only if you notify us within 10 days of receiving the t-shirt.

In case you need a 3XL instead of an L size t-shirt, we unfortunately cannot exchange it for you. Therefore, you will have to buy it again. Consequently, we kindly ask that you check the size table on the product pages for each order by measuring an existing clothing item and comparing the data obtained with the data in the table.

Due to the high cost of custom manufacturing, size exchanges are not valid for sweaters and premium category products. In the case of these products, by finalizing the purchase, the buyer declares to have studied and understood the size table related to the products in order to choose the correct size.

The process of the exchange

Please inform us about the problem by writing an e-mail to hello@ilovepolo.hu or by selecting the Complaints option in your customer account, so you can contact the manufacturer directly, which can speed up the process. We will quickly examine and, if viable, take the replacement request.

The exchange is conducted through the delivery service of GLS. A courier delivers the new product and at the same time takes the product you want to exchange and returns it to us. You must prepare and package the product before the courier arrives. If the courier cannot return the product that you want exchanged to us due to lack of packaging, then it is your responsibility to ensure that it is returned to us.

The Size Exchange Guarantee service fee is 3,690 HUF, which you need to pay by cash on delivery or bank transfer. This fee already includes the cost of re-delivery. In case of faulty delivery (we sent a product that is not the one you chose; such as different style, different colour, wrong print, defective material product), the shipping is free.
